Recruitment Management System is one of the core needs of an organization. We at NetRoots Technologies introduce recruitment management software to facilitate our clients in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, & UAE. The recruitment process comprises three steps; employee requires lists, job posts, and the applications received. The HR formulate the employee requirements lists, where the HR can specify the attributes, and requirements such as; job title, job category, job description, department, gender, experience required, joining date, etc. The HR can add more than one employee required list, the system keeps the records of the lists generated. The section job post lets HR view, edit or delete the records of the jobs. The application received are saved in the system, and HR accepts or rejects the applications.
