Recruitment Management System is one of the core needs of an organization. We at NetRoots Technologies introducing recruitment management software to facilitate our clients. The recruitment process comprises three steps; employee requires lists, job posts, and the applications received. The HR formulate the employee require lists, where the HR can specify the attributes, requires such as; job title, job category, job description, department, gender, experience required, and joining date, etc. The HR can add more than one employee required list, the system keeps the records of the lists generated. The section job post lets HR view, edit or delete the records of the jobs. The application received are saved in the system, the HR accepts or rejects the applications.
