Training Management Software plays a critical role in the track of productivity. Training about some programs enables the employees to work efficiently and as per requirements. We at NetRoots focus to develop our employees by offering them relevant training and development programs. The section training describes the ways how the HR can use the training programs with our software. The training section includes the training and my training request parts. The part training allows the HR to view the training programs already in function. HR can add, edit, modify or delete the training programs. The system keeps the request of the tanning programs requested, the HR accepts or rejects the request of the training. HR is solely responsible to generate the training program for the employees.
